Reverend Dill has served as a chaplain with the Ashland Police Department for three years. Reverend Dill has served as pastor of the Ashland Church of God located at 407 Myrtle Street, here in Ashland since 1989. He is a veteran of the United States Army. He also was selected as an Outstanding Young Men of America. He has held ministerial credentials with the Church of God since 1978. He is a graduate of Bellevue College in Bellevue, Nebraska with a B.A. in accounting. As well as his pastoral duties, Reverend Dill is very active in the community and within his denomination. He is the proud father of 2 sons and devoted grandfather of 1 grandson.

Reverend Burruss has served as a chaplain for the Ashland Police Department for 2 years. Along with his work with the Ashland Police Department, Reverend Burruss serves as an Associate Minister at Union Baptist Church, 310 S. Snead Street in Ashland. Reverend Burruss received his B.A. in Theology from Higher Bible Learning Institute. In addition to his work with Union Baptist Church, he is the President of the Town of Ashland Clergy Association, community liaison for the Hanover County Public Schools and a member of the Town of Ashland Industrial Board. He is the devoted husband to Mary, proud father of 5 daughters and 1 son and loving grandfather of 3 grandchildren.
